Training of Tutors and VET professionals for high quality in Work Based Learning and Dual Learning 2018-2020<\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Aim and Objectives <\/strong><\/h3>\n

The project \u201cTOTVET\u00a0 – Training of Tutors\u00a0 and VET professionals for high quality\u00a0 Work Based Learning and Dual Learning\u201d is aiming\u00a0 to\u00a0 increase the professional competences of tutors and VET teachers\u00a0 and and managers,\u00a0\u00a0 empower them to deliver a\u00a0 quality training in work based learning\u00a0 (WBL)\u00a0 and dual learning (DL) systems.<\/p>\n

The project will create an\u00a0 innovative and integrative European Training Model, aiming to\u00a0 improve the competences\u00a0 of different categories of VET\u00a0 professionals\u00a0 involved in work based learning and dual learning.<\/p>\n

Partners will establish the training Curriculum\u00a0 for tutors and\u00a0 trainers in company,\u00a0 focused on\u00a0\u00a0 organizing\u00a0 , planning and implementing training, assessing and of\u00a0 trainees.<\/p>\n

They will collect training\/learning assessment materials from Internet and create new resources,\u00a0 learning tools,\u00a0 organized in a attractive form with links to additional resources, You tube videos, animations and\u00a0 quizzes.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0 easy to navigate course, will be also built and made \u00a0available\u00a0 on the project learning platform in the form in EN, RO, ES PL, DE.<\/p>\n

Using the resources created, parteners will set up a\u00a0 Massive Open Online Course\u00a0 (MOOC), an\u00a0 innovative pedagogical approaches of co-learning through co-creation,\u00a0 based on digital integration in learning, aiming to train\u00a0 the tutors and workplace trainers of\u00a0 providing a good quality\u00a0 work-based learning and dual learning .<\/p>\n

The MOOC, lasts for six\u00a0 weeks and will be delivered in Romania, Poland and Spain involving 150-200\u00a0 participants recruited by partners ifrom the target groups in Romania, Poland and Spain,\u00a0\u00a0 tutors\u00a0 and trainers\u00a0 in workplace environments. Other VET professionals,\u00a0 from Europe and all over world,\u00a0 is expected to\u00a0 subscribe via web.<\/p>\n

To\u00a0\u00a0 attract\u00a0 potential users for the MOOC,\u00a0 5 National Seminars with 75\u00a0 participants, will be organized in Romania, Poland and Spain\u00a0\u00a0 where\u00a0 the\u00a0 MOOC will be disseminated.<\/p>\n

Before the\u00a0 MOOC\u00a0\u00a0 will be delivered, during\u00a0 a Joint short time staff training,\u00a0\u00a0 a\u00a0 number of\u00a0\u00a0 20 trainers from partner organizations\u00a0 and associated partners\u00a0 will be trained\u00a0\u00a0 to\u00a0 conduct activities in the MOOC\u00a0 and facilitate\u00a0 learning .\u00a0 A\u00a0 guidelines for MOOC facilitators, Facilitator Handbook ,\u00a0 will be produced.<\/p>\n

Partners will establish the Training methodology aiming at\u00a0\u00a0 developing\u00a0 skills and competences\u00a0 of VET teachers, staff and managers\u00a0 for\u00a0 planning,\u00a0 implementing\u00a0 and\u00a0 quality assurance of WBL training programs,\u00a0 assessment, validation, transfer and recognition of the learning outputs.<\/p>\n

Face to face Training workshops will be organized\u00a0\u00a0 in Romania and\u00a0 Poland and\u00a0\u00a0 75 -100 VET teachers, staff and managers\u00a0 involved in WBL and DL\u00a0 will be trained.<\/p>\n
