Once the project is approved by the national agency, the European Commission or the organisation responsible for its evaluation procedure, EDUNET offers its services of technical coordinator of the project.
Within the functions of coordination, EDUNET excels in:
- Preparation of all the documentation required by the national agency to materialize the contract.
- Fulfilment of contracts and other documentation required by the transnational partners.
- Transnational coordination with transnational partners.
- Organising a work plan.
- Follow up of the financial plan and the essential elements to the project.
- Advice and consultancy about the contents of the project and the principles of the work plan.
- Assistance and coordination of all parties in transnational meetings.
- Elaboration and submission of all the relevant information (Intermediate reports, Final report, Finance justification, Notifications to the National agency, Modifications of the project, etc...)
- Continued follow up on the plan for quality control and the valuation of the project.
- Follow up and evaluation.
